Zarel Martinez, PhD

Zarel Martinez obtained her master's degree in Plant Biothecnology in 2015 from Wageningen Univeristy (Netherlands) and her PhD in Bioscience Engineering in 2022 from Ghent University (Belgium). Her research focused on improving the efficiency of RNAi-induced toxicity in Spodoptera exigua by developing novel delivery methods and unraveling the dsRNA uptake routes in insect midgut cells.

Following this, she worked as a Scientist focusing on the harmonization of clinical laboratories.

At ARCHE Consulting, her main focus is on efficacy testing to support dossier preparation for biocides.
