How would you describe your job to a 6-year-old?

I help to make sure that the products you buy in a DIY shop and that are used at your home are safe for you and for the environment.

What do you like about working @ ARCHE?

What I really like at ARCHE is the possibility that every colleague receives the opportunity to develop themselves, whether it is in a technical way to become an expert at certain subjects, or in a more general way as a project manager. If you would have other interests that fit the ARCHE vision, you always get the possibility to contribute and put your ideas into practice. There are also colleagues involved in organizing some fun activities. There are plenty of ways to develop yourselves.

What makes you want to stay @ ARCHE?

The work environment, the greatest colleagues, the salary, the additional holidays, the flexibility to work home for 2 days per week.

"If you would have other interests that fit the ARCHE vision, you always get the possibility to contribute and put your ideas into practice."

What kind of people work @ ARCHE?

I would say that we are very lucky with such a big bunch of caring colleagues.

Which is your favorite ARCHE fun activity?

What I really like is the yearly teambuilding, the APE (ARCHE Party & Event) team really makes sure that every year we get to do something else. We went golfing, did graffiti, drove VW Beetles, went kayaking, etc, always combined with splendid food. What else do you need?

Which advice would you give to a new colleague?

I would say that starting at a new job can always feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the new colleague should not hesitate to ask any question as all colleagues are there to help you and lift you up. So don’t be afraid to say if you need some help or have any questions. We all can relate!
