What do you like in your job?

What I like most in my job is the diversity of tasks and projects that come our way: explaining the complexity of the chemicals regulations and procedures to our clients, helping them meet their objectives and deadlines, being able to dive deep into scientific topics, putting together sound regulatory dossiers based on solid risk assessments and defending these before regulators, establishing collaborations between companies, … Routine is non-existing in our job as a regulatory consultant. Every day brings a new challenge. Being able to anticipate and solve problems on behalf of our clients is a very rewarding part of our job.

What do you like about working @ ARCHE?

Working at ARCHE Consulting for nearly 10 years, I can say the office and colleagues feel like a second home. I received many opportunities to develop my technical skills, to meet inspiring clients, to grow as a person, and to shape our expanding company together with my colleagues.

What makes you proud to work @ ARCHE?

Most projects are teamwork. Being a project manager for several large and long-running projects, it is wonderful to be able to rely on colleagues who are experts in their field and who can make a difference for clients. It equally makes me proud to witness how junior colleagues develop their skills and steadily grow with the support of more experienced colleagues to become experts or project managers on their own.
