Aurine Verkest, PhD

Aurine Verkest holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and a PhD in Plant Biotechnology from Ghent University. 

As Senior Project Scientist, Dr. Aurine Verkest provides scientific and strategic guidance on the implementation of European chemical regulations.

At ARCHE Consulting, her primary role lies in supporting companies and consortia in the non-ferrous metals sector with extensive expertise in complex substances, e.g., inorganic UVCBs, hazard and risk assessment.

Furthermore, she assists in ARCHE Consulting's REACH, CLP, and DWD services, managing projects throughout their entire stage, from strategic planning and laboratory testing to dossier preparation and regulatory follow-up with ECHA.
