I accept the general terms and conditions as stated below:

Registration fee is € 580 per person (excl. VAT) – and includes attendance of the symposium, programme materials, coffee/tea, refreshments and buffet lunch on 3 March 2026.
Early bird fee is € 480 per person (excl. VAT) for all registrations made until 3 February 2026.
Registration should be done by 24 February 2026.
Payment terms: all payments must be received prior to the Symposium date.
Cancellation terms: € 50 cancellation fee for cancellations received before 24 March 2026, no refunds for later cancellations. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not show up at the meeting, the outstanding amount will still be due.
Please note that he hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee. For hotel reservations, please contact the hotel directly.
In line with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we use and retain your personal data for the course of the conference. Your email address will be used to inform you of our upcoming events (Biocide conferences, calls of interests or keep you notified of our updated tools).
