I accept the general terms and conditions as stated below:

Registration fee is € 550 per person (excl. VAT) – and includes attendance of the symposium, programme materials, coffee/tea, refreshments, buffet lunch and reception on 28 March 2024.
Early bird fee is € 450 per person (excl. VAT) for all registrations made until 9 February 2024.
Registration should be done by 22 March 2024.
Payment terms: all payments must be received prior to the symposium date.
Cancellation terms: € 50 cancellation fee for cancellations received before 22 March 2024, no refunds for later cancellations. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not show up at the meeting, the outstanding amount will still be due.
Please note that he hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee. For hotel reservations, please contact the hotel directly.
In line with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we use and retain your personal data for the course of the conference. Your email address will be used to inform you of our upcoming events (Biocide conferences, calls of interests or keep you notified of our updated tools).
